Funeral arrangements, in charge of the Howard E Johnson Funeral Home, are incomplete. She leaves four daughters, Mrs M A Manross of Titusville, Mrs S M Hartman of Wallaceville, Mrs Ruby Dempsey of Enterprise and Mrs Claire Proper of Bradenton, Fla two sons, C W Millard of Titusville and Master Sergeant Lawrence D Millard of Ft Meyers, Va one sister, Mrs Elizabeth Stevenson of Oil City, and three brothers, Harry and Vincent Newson, both of Tionesta, and William Newson of La Habre, Calif. Mrs Millard was a member of the First Methodist Church in Titusville. She was married to Seymour W Millard who preceded her in death in 1934. A resident of Titusville most of her life, she was born on Dec 4, 1876, in Cherrytree Township, a daughter of Harry and Experance (sic) Garwood Newson.
